Pathways Creative Therapies are designed to help you find balance, peace, flow, and a deeper connection with yourself. We offer a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, using a blend of mindfulness, art making, walking in nature, qigong, and reflective conversations to cultivate stillness and connect with your inner knowing. Individual sessions, group programs, and professional development workshops are available as
health promotion for mental-health.

Pathways Creative Therapies works on the lands of the Wurundjeri people.

We pay our respects to the Wurundjeri, their Elders, and the healing land of Mother Earth. We also pay respect to the Taoist traditions and teachers that influence our work. All are welcome.
