Draw it out

Draw It out is a series of mindfulness-based art therapy workshops that invite you to be present and explore what's unfolding in your life. A space for processing, grounding, and centring.​

No art experience needed. This is a personal journey.​

Each session is a separate workshop so join in at any time.  

Mondays 7pm-8.30pm AEST.

Online. You will need paper and drawing materials.

$30 per session.

Explore Taoism

This 3-session online workshop uses creative processes, such as art, mindfulness, and qigong, to explore Taoist philosophy and reflect on how it applies to your perspective and experience. In this introductory workshop, core concepts of Taoism will be explored with a focus on how its teachings can bring more balance and flow into your everyday life.

 

No art experience needed. This is a personal journey.

 

This workshop is the first in a series of 3 linked workshops.

Mindfully Navigating Adolescence

- a workshop for parents and carers

This 3-week online workshop explores the emotional and social changes of adolescence and uses art therapy and mindfulness techniques to assist you to reflect on your parenting style and family dynamics.

It's also an opportunity to chat with other parents, listen to different perspectives, explore how you regulate your own emotions and consider how you can assist your adolescent to regulate theirs. 

​

Burning Bridges, Building Bridges

This Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy workshop invites you to reflect on what you may be leaving behind, what you are moving towards, and how these changes are shaping your life.

Through guided mindfulness practices, creative art-making, and personal reflection, you'll have the opportunity to explore themes of endings, beginnings, connection, change, and growth. Discover new perspectives in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Mindful Walk & Talk for Wellbeing Group

This program is about connection - connecting with nature, connecting with community, and connecting with yourself.

​

A small Mindful Walk and Talk for Wellbeing group meets for four sessions each month in the natural landscapes of Melbourne’s Inner North. Each walk combines gentle mindfulness practices and reflective conversation, inviting you to be present and notice what’s unfolding within and around you. These experiences provide opportunities to nurture mental health and wellbeing.

 

No prior experience with mindfulness needed - just comfortable shoes and a curious mind.
