Walk and Talk for Wellbeing lays a path for exploring, centring, grounding, and connecting with yourself and the natural world. Combining the rhythmic movement of walking with present-moment awareness and discussion is designed to nurture emotional balance, facilitate the processing of emotions, and promote exploration with both mind and body. Rhythmic physical activity can regulate your nervous system, and walking in nature can help reduce stress, foster calm, promote health, and enhance your problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
